Should I go to the hospital right now?
October 7th, 2009 Posted by: admin
I’ve had abdominal swelling for the past week or so…in the last 30 min though I’ve had a burning pain in my left, and now both sides and my stomach is really really really swollen. It’s kinda freaking me out should I go to the hospital? Or wait until tomorrow to see a doctor? I’m not sure if I am overreacting or not.

I would go to the emergency now. you would benefit from even calling 911 and asking for an ambulance.

Yeah, probably go ahead and go right now. You dont know what could really be goin on down there and you dont want to be taking chances. Call 911 if you dont feel like you can drive. Thats what were here for

Hi. A difficult question to answer. Are you constipated? Do you have any other pain?
Ring NHS direct and they can ask the right questions in order to direct you to the appropriate service. 08454547
Rather than going straight to the A&E you could try ringing your doctor and explaining that although you have an appointmaent tomorrow it is now an emergency and you need to be seen today
Hope all turns out well
