How much should i charge for a notarized translation letter?

I have a friend who can notarize things and does it on the side. She sometimes translates letters from spanish to english. It could be all kinds of papers. She even translates letters like from doctors talking about their patients in spanish. She never knows how much to charge. Last time i think she charged like 35. How much should she be charging.
