i’m afraid that i’m getting the stomach flu?

ok so the stomach flu is going around at church. i’ve been dwelling on it and just praying to God that i dont get it today or tomorrow because today was my 16th b-day and i’ve been feeling kinda achy (like hurting everywhere) and i DO NOT NEED TO GET SICK TOMORROW because i’m having my b-day party and alot of ppl are counting on me for tomorrow. i’m still feeling kinda bad and i had the flu on christmas day last yr. so wut do u think is it all in my head or am i coming down with something. my mom said that its all in my head and that i have a healthy immune system because i eat healthy and stuff but my left side hurts and my back and my ****** and just everywhere. wut do u think

usually the “stomach flu” or virus will come on very fast and you will deff. know it when you have it. If you are coming down with a cold or flu you can become achy, I would stay well hydrated and get plenty of rest. I like to drink a cup of hot green tea at night and I like to think it has helped keep my immune system Strong. Hope this helps.
