Why do air tickets cost more when close to time of departure?

It doesn’t make any common sense for airline company to charge a customer more money when purchasing a airline ticket at the last moment before departure. Wouldn’t they (airline company) want to fill up as many seats as possible and make some money instead of driving their customer away with last minute outrageous prices?

Whose last name does the baby get?

I am due any day an I’m panicking. The baby’s father and I are not together. He never wanted to keep the baby and has helped financially as needed during the pregnancy, but has not offered any emotional support, has been bitter and just plain mean about the whole thing. He tried to hide the fact that I was even pregnant and won’t talk about it to anyone. We’ve known each other for years and were dating when I got pregnant, but it was pretty much over when I found out. He is the last male in his family and we are having a boy. He also wanted to give the baby his father’s 1st name as a middle name. I just don’t feel like if he did none of the work to grow the baby, only helped with money after I had completely run out although he has a lot of extra and I’m still working 8 hrs on my feet every day. He’s been so mean, I can’t even stand to look at him anymore. I don’t want to hurt my child. Do I let him name the baby? His last name?

Not married and having a baby, whos last name should the child have?

I am engaged to a wonderful man and we are expecting a baby. We have been together for 3 yrs. and engaged for a year. We werent planning on this pregnancy and we werent planning on marriage until we had money saved up to have our DREAM wedding. My father told me not to give the baby my fiance’s last name because if my fiance decides to leave before we wed and go to court for full custody, he will have a better chance at gaining full custody then me. (since the child has HIS last name.) I told my father my fiance and I are not going to end anything but he refuses to accept the fact that I would like the baby to have my fiance’s last name. I dont know if what he said was true or if he just said it to scare me into having the last name be mine. We do plan on getting married but when we both feel the time is right financially. So in worst case scenerio, he leaves, and the baby has his last name… can he recieve full custody easier then me? And who’s last name should my child have?

i have a company registered last month with a paid up capital fo 5 lakhs. It is running better, for more diversification, I want to collect Rs. 1 crore from my 100 friends as 100 equal shares ( rs. 1 lakh per share). I want to know whether it is possible to collect such money, and what should I give them back apart from shares

My period is 5 days late. yesterday i had light brown blood, almost like old blood. The thing is it only lasted for about and hour and it was very faint (hard to see, almost like nothing was there) I got my period last month on march 23 (in march it was supposed to come march 20, it was 3 days late) I dont know what this is, im 16 and i dont want a lecture. Could I be pregnant even though I had a period last month. I have money to buy a pregnancy test but im embarssed to go and get one! I think maybe i will just skip it this month? I wasnt stressed this month until NOW! help, what do I do?

How Long Does Laser Hair Removal Last ?

Hi everybody, I am 18 years old and I need your advise.
I have some fuzz on my upper lip that I want to get rid of permanently for quite a while now. I was looking into laser hair removals. I do not want to spend money that i barely have on something that i would regret for the rest of my life. I was wondering for how long it will last when i get it done? Because i can’t afford for bunch of appointments. I am just a student and that still looking for a job. Also how many appointments will i need to get rid of all the hair on my lip. I heard that 6 Treatment Package will coast me about $ 250? Is it worth it? 6 Treatment last for how long. It is really important to me. I really need advise, as specially from personal experience. Please? I’d really appreciate your help! Thanks a lot to all!

I am not married. I want to change my last name to my fathers. I am 21. My last name is not even mine. My mother married someone before she had me, and i ended up with that last name. I always felt a little out of place because of that. I have the last name of a man who i never in met or talked to. I want to change it to my fathers. How do I do that? And does it cost money? And how long does it take?

And I know my Dad was adopted. And I know his original last name before he changed it. And I know my mom is german, and native american.
